About Me

Hi, I'm Yaovi Ayeh — a product manager with an entrepreneurial streak based in [your city]. I love building products that solve real problems and working with talented people who care deeply about craft. This page is a longer look at who I am and what makes me tick.

What I Do

I lead product at the intersection of technology and user experience. Day to day, that means defining strategy, running discovery, writing specs, and collaborating closely with engineering and design to ship things that matter. I've worked across early-stage startups and growth-phase companies, always with a bias toward action and experimentation.

On the side, I build my own products — small tools, experiments, and businesses that let me stay close to the craft of making things.

What Drives Me

I'm motivated by impact. Not vanity metrics, but the kind of impact where someone's day gets a little easier because of something you built. I believe great products start with empathy — deeply understanding the people you're building for — and are refined through fast iteration and honest feedback.

I'm also driven by learning. Every project, every book, every conversation is a chance to sharpen my thinking. I write about what I'm learning because it forces me to be clear and because I hope it helps someone else along the way.

Beyond Work

Outside of product and tech, you'll find me reading (mostly business, strategy, and the occasional novel), exploring new cities, and spending time with family and friends. I'm a firm believer that the best ideas come when you step away from the screen.
